Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Medals, Coins and Badges

During communications with new customers, there are some frequestly asked questions which need be listed for easy review. All those information will be of much helpful for any new customers to know clearly about our procedure, lead time and payment terms.
 
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: For custom medallions, MOQ is 100pcs
  For custom made badges, MOQ is 300pcs
  
Q: How about your sampling lead time
A: Generally, it takes about 7~ 10 days
 
Q: Can you offer free samples?
A: We can offer some existing samples to customer for quality check free of charge. But customers pay shipping cost.
 
Q: How about your tooling lead time “
A: 7~ 10 days
 
Q: How about your production lead time ?
A: It takes about 15~ 20 days
 
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: For tooling and sampling, our payment terms is T/T 100% in advance.
  For products, our payment terms is T/T 30% deposit, T/T 70% balance before shipment.
 
Q: Do you offer design service ?
A: Yes, we offer free design service for our customers. As it takes time for our designers to work out the digital proof, we will work on the design after receiving customer’s order or deposit.
 
Q: Do you accept credit card for payment ?
A: No
 
In the meanwhile, when you get new enquiry about bespoke medals or personalised lapel badges, we would like customers to provide some detail information as below, which is much helpful for us to work out the prices soon.
 
1) The medal size you need. eg. 50mm, 60mm, 70mm dia. ?
2) Your demand q'ty for the medal?
3) Do you need ribbon ? If yes, any printing on the ribbon ?
4) Can you please email us your medal design for ref.?
   The popular medal is by raised metal or by soft enamel.  The price by raised metal ( not colorful ) is little cheaper than that by soft enamel.
5) Which country the medals will be shipped to ?
