Q. How to order? What is the brief buying procedures?
1. Enquiry: Contact us by email, phone call, fax, instant tools (Skype, MSN, etc) and let us know your enquiry.
2. Discussion: Specify the items you want, confirm specification.
3. Quotation: Prices offered and accepted.
4. Place order as per contract or discussion.
5. Proforma invoice will be offered to double confirm the order for both sides record.
6. Payment settled.
7. Order completed under our arrangement.
8. Goods shipped as per contracted term.
9. Support & re-ordering.
 

Q. How to custom badges, medals, pins, coins or cufflinks ?
A. 1. You can choose our existing design and tell us the color, material , logo you need.
    2. You can also provide your design to us for make samples.

 
Q. What is your payment Terms?
A. Generaly speaking, our payment terms is T/T 30% deposit, T/T 70% balance before shipment.
    But for small order, customers always pay T/T 100% in advance to avoid big bank handling cost.

 
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Generall speaking, from the date of order to delivery is 10-20 days, but order with big q’ty may take a little longer.
 
Q. Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?
A. We always email you a visual before we print the bulk order and do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof.

Q. I can’t see what I am looking for in the catalogue or on the website, can you help with this? 
A. Yes, please let us know what item you are looking for and we will endeavour to support you.

Q. Can we see samples before we buy? 
A. Yes, we can send you samples for reference, but the freight cost are norrmally paid by our customers.

Q. Do you ask minimum order amount? 
A. No, we don't request minimum order amount.

Q. Do you ask minimum order quantity?
A. Yes, we request minimum order quantity,normally 300-500pcs as per different item.

Q. Which countries can you arrange shipping to? 

A. We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order    
    quantity, shipping method and detailed address. 


Q. Which air courier company do you use? 
A. We use DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, as our air courier.

Q. Can you deliver my sample using my courier account? 
A. Yes, we can.

Q. If I come across the quality or product problems, which way can I get help and support?
A. Please kindly check the packages after you receive the goods. If you got wrong products/quality problem/ short quantity,      please get back to us as priority. Please note that you need to send us pictures of the defective items concerning this,
    and we will consider to replace or refund accordingly.
